It uses Koshihikari rice, the premium short grain rice, which is well-known as the best match to curry, and is tasty even when it cools. All of the toppings are prepared at the store and deep-fried at time of order. The first Go Go CURRY opened in 2006. The company also provides franchise opportunities.
