As a Master Owner, Master Franchisees hold ownership of territories and support Unit Franchisees. Maid Right's cleaning crews are comprised of Unit Franchisees who act as personally invested owner-operators rather than transient hourly employees. This dynamic creates a deeper level of commitment and care to customer service and customer retention. Our executive two-tiered franchise structure and decentralized management model allows for better systems to create a more predictable business.

We provide a protected territory to our Master Franchisees. Maid Right's Master territory is double the size of a traditional unit franchise for other residential cleaning franchises; each territory includes a minimum of 80,000-120,000 households that meet our minimum household income criteria of $75,000/household. Traffic patterns, population density, behavioral and buying demographics, and marketing DMA's are taken into consideration to configure territory boundaries through our proprietary Maid Right mapping system, Intelligent Direct.
