To complement our signature waffles, we also offer freshly made bubble tea, prepared to order using only the finest ingredients sourced from Taiwan. Our commitment to quality is evident in every sip, as we brew our teas daily using loose tea leaves to extract maximum flavor.

Our tapioca pearls are cooked in-house throughout the day to maintain their quality and texture, offering a chewy consistency and a hint of honey sweetness. With a shelf life of only four hours, we ensure that each pearl enhances your beverage with an elevated drinking experience.

We provide franchisees with location guidelines and criteria that we highly recommend they consider when searching for a location. Additionally, we have food brokers and realtors available to assist franchisees in finding suitable locations.
Lease Negotiation Assistance: Yes
Specify: We have guidelines when negotiating a lease on our operations manual. Our team will review the lease information with the franchisee and provide feedback/suggestions when negotiating the lease.
Recruiting Assistance: Yes
Specify: We have recruitment guidelines in place and can offer feedback if necessary during the recruitment process. This will also be covered in our initial franchise training.
Cooperative Advertising: Yes
Specify: We plan on doing cooperative marketing campaigns with all our locations, including specials for July 4th, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, National Ice Cream Day, and more. Franchisees need to allocate 1% of funds for local marketing efforts, and this applies to these campaigns as well.
