Training:
PatchMaster will host training approximately once each month (12 sessions per year). Our training program is hosted by industry experts and gives Franchisees and their employees both hands-on technical training, and "business office" and classroom training. We provide 3 days of hands-on training which includes equipment, materials, safety, drywall basics, tips and tricks, textures, painting and finishing. In addition, we provide 2 days of classroom training which includes pricing and profitability, software training, choreography of a patch, marketing, digital lead generation, marketing to the trades, social media, vendors and environmental concerns.

Owner-Operator

Owner-Operator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project, including scheduling, operational details, estimating, ordering supplies, and follow-up.

  • Respond to inquiries and submit quotes
  • Follow up on quotes and book jobs
  • Perform drywall service
  • Provide project status to the customer
  • Pickup/Order supplies and material
  • Light bookkeeping and payroll
  • Review effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Employee scheduling and management
  • Proactively market to the trades (plumbers, electricians, painters) for referrals
  • Consult with PM Corporate staff on various items/needs

Executive Model
Executive model will have the Franchisee run the business as a foreman. This model is structured to scale quickly and they will need to hire a manager from the start. The hire will need to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall installation, or general home repair; as well as experience managing a business or work crews. Franchisee will need to check in with the manager daily.

  • Check in with manager to gather progress reports of jobs
  • Check in on team of technicians in various locations throughout the duration of the project
  • Respond to inquiries and submit quotes
  • Follow up on quotes and book jobs
  • Dispatch crew member(s)
  • Pickup/Order supplies and material
  • Light bookkeeping and payroll
  • Review effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Employee scheduling and management
  • Proactively market to the trades (plumbers, electricians, painters) for referrals
  • Consult with PM Corporate staff on various items/needs

Investor
The investor model is for a Franchisee that wants a bit more flexibility in running the business. They will focus on the back-office and finneeds of the business, but will not have any hands-on duties. A manager or business partner will need to be hired to handle day-to-day tasks.
