Ideal Candidates

We are looking for candidates that have a burning desire to invest through real estate, but want to do it with as little risk as possible, and leverage an existing brand, system, and structure. 

You should have great communication skills, negotiating experience, an analytical mindset, and have a deep passion for œcrunching numbers. You do NOT need prior real estate experience, or millions of dollars for the down payments. We will teach you the industry, and teach you how to raise equity capital through a process called syndication, even if you have no financial connections whatsoever. 

If you have prior experience in house flipping, construction, leasing, real estate sales, or property management you will learn our system faster than those who do not come from this background.
