Franchisee will be responsible for executing or assigning management duties for the daily open to close operations of the store ensuring compliance with required open hours as per the site lease or Operations Manual.

Franchisee will be responsible for all merchandise ordering, receiving and inventory maintenance.

Franchisee will be responsible for ensuring local advertising and marketing obligations are met and executed in a timely manner.

Franchisee will be responsible for employee hiring, firing and retention.

Franchisee will be responsible for timely accounts payable to all vendors, suppliers, government agencies and HobbyTown corporate.

Franchisee will be responsible for providing timely and accurate sales, financial, and other reporting to HobbyTown corporate as per the franchise agreement.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Well qualified candidates will have some business or managerial experience, exceed net worth requirements and knowledge of hobby products is a plus but not required.
